Skopje. The FYROMacedonian government has adopted a decision not to appeal against the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, which ruled in favor of the Association of Bulgarians in FYROMacedonia RADKO, Fyromacedonian Utrinski Vesnik writes.
The sentence contested the decision of the Fyromacedonian Constitutional Court, which... dissolved the Association on March 21st 2001. The decision means the state will have to allow the registration of the Association, the daily says.
At a closed session on April 7th the government discussed the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights and decided not to appeal against it.
The newspaper looks also into the case of OMO Ilinden – PIRIN against Bulgaria. Utrinski Vesnik writes that after more than three years the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe, which is responsible for the judgments of the European Court of Human Rights, still cannot fulfill completely the judgment requiring registration of OMO Ilinden – PIRIN.

Focus News Agency recalls:
For the first time after the declaration of independence of the Republic of "Macedonia" Association RADKO institutionalizes a group of "Macedonian" citizens who openly declare their Bulgarian ethnic identity, analyzing it, and have a critical viewpoint towards the official "Macedonian" historiography in order to impartially cast a light on historical past, expose the lies and raise again Bulgaria revival spirit in "Macedonia".
The Association was set up on May 24th 2000 in Ohrid in compliance with the "Macedonian" and international law as a civil and non-political organization for protection and fulfillment of cultural and educational rights, interests and beliefs.
