the first who can congratulate you on this success, said Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov in his welcoming speech addressed to fyroMacedonian President Gjorge Ivanov. “Incidentally, I remember that 10 years ago the visas for Bulgarians were lifted and we have already felt this delight,” Parvanov said further. According to the head of state "this is an opportunity for Macedonians to see their relatives in Bulgaria and businessmen, athletes, cultural figures to have the opportunity to communicate freely".
“I am sure the presidential institutions will be an accelerator in the relations between the two countries to have the opportunity to build real European relations. Congratulations once again,” President Parvanov said.
