violation of the 1995 Interim Agreement.
The ICJ would then leave Greece time up to October 27 for submission of a Rejoinder. The court has also observed FYROM's request for additional four months in the review of the Greece counter-memorial.
"The Government of the Hellenic Republic had no objection to the granting of this request, in so far as it could in turn submit a Rejoinder and had an identical time-limit available for that purpose", reads ICJ press release.
FYROM instituted proceedings before the ICJ against Greece on November 17 due to violation of the 1995 Interim Accord, thus preventing the invitation for NATO accession at the Bucharest Summit. The ICJ is requested to order Greece to observe its obligations within the Accord, which is legally binding for both countries.
