Macedonia and the Republic of Namibia, this afternoon in New York, established diplomatic ties at an Ambassadorial level. The Ambassadors of both countries at the United Nations Pajo Avirovic and Wilfried Emvula signed the joint agreement and in line with United Nations protocol, the agreement will be distributed to all UN member-states” read the Foreign Ministry press release. “The relations between the two nations, according to the agreement, will be furthered in line with principles of mutual respect, friendship, not interfering in the internal matters of the country and respect for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of both countries” concluded the Foreign Ministry press release.
