5 out of 26 attempts for threes, non existent defense just about sums up the FYROMian national team in the begining of this year's European Championship in basketball.
Greece showed why they are one of the best teams in Europe. Controlled the match from the very begining scoring most of their points in the paint.

Massey was the only FYROMian with double figures, scoring 12 points. Vrbica Stefanov scored 3 points on 1 of 10 shooting.
Despite FYROM's disappointment, this score was realistic, Greece is at the top of European basketball for more than a decade, while FYROM their second appearance to the Championship in more then a decade.
It was interesting in Skopje, where FYROMians sat together with Greek fans at a coffee shop near the Greek Consulate. Good atmosphere throughout the match, fans enjoyed 'Skopsko beer' with salad and roasted chicken.
Presently FYROM will focus perhaps on its most important match, against Israel. It must win tomorrow in order to have any chance of qualifying for the next round.
