“There was a progress over the past period. It is a matter of silent diplomacy. Thus, let me make a silent commentary”, Rehn said to journalists in Brussels.
Swedish Foreign Minister Carl Bildt, on the other hand, declared that there is a new moment in Skopje-Athens relations.
“Pessimism is a disease and I try to avoid it. Now I am bigger optimist than before. New efforts will be needed but I believe that the two prime ministers want solution”, Bildt said
