Green lanyard seems to indicate hotel staff. All individuals wearing green lanyards also have nametags, further emphasizing this point. Blue lanyard seems to indicate Bilderberg staff.
Again, notice the colors of the lanyards. Orange seems to be for associates of participants.
Notice the large "B" on the luggage in the lower left corner. At past meetings, Bilderberg participants used to wear a lanyard with this same large "B" to represent their affiliation with the group.

The woman at center is believed to be Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, unofficial leader and matriarch of Bilderberg.

Based on social recognition, woman at center appears to be a participant.
She wears a white lanyard.
Red lanyards appear to be for assistants to Bilderberg participants.
Man with funny mustache is Dr. Dieter Zetsche, Chairman of Daimler AG. He wears a white lanyard, further confirming that these are for participants.
