Η Κίνα πουλάει φωτοβολταικά πανέλα –που παράγει η ίδια- στην Ελλάδα που τα «αγοράζει» (πανάκριβα και με δανεικό! χρήμα) και... επενδύει τα χρήματα που εισπράττει, σε πραγματικές επενδύσεις, όπου θελήσει (αφού πλέον διαθέτει τα χρήματα που –και- η Ελλάδα σπαταλά ασύστολα!!)http://taxalia.blogspot.com/
2. Τα Σκόπια όπως σε πολλά θέματα έτσι και εδώ, ρεαλιστικά, επενδύουν στα υδροηλεκτρικά τα οποία… είναι ΑΠΕ και δίνουν μία υπέροχη ενέργεια που χρησιμεύει κυρίως ως ενέργεια αιχμής (στην απρόβλεπτη ζήτηση)!

Τόσο απλά δηλαδή, οι Κινέζοι επενδύουν σε σίγουρη, φθηνή, οικολογική και ωφέλιμη επένδυση… Ενώ τα Σκόπια έχουν σοβαρή πηγή ενέργειας

China to loan offers extremely favorable conditions: the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding

The government signed a memorandum of understanding for the project "Vardar Valley" with China International Corporation for water and electricity (KVE) and China Development Bank (KRB), which provides in the next 12-18 months to prepare a feasibility study, after which will follow completion of performance that will be conducted in four phases. The project envisages construction of 12 hydroelectric plants, two major, Grid deployed along the Vardar River to the border with Greece. Its value is estimated at 1.5 billion euros and is expected to be implemented for 12-15 years. Hydro in Veles and Gradec will be greatest in the dam height of 59 and 30 meters, and the other 10 are smaller, with the dam height from 8 to 10 meters.

- Investment project for which negotiations began more than six months will be the Government, with the participation of 15 percent from its own resources and credit of KRB in the amount of 85 percent of the value. It is the largest project ever in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, which will be important for the construction sector, but also for water supply, transport and tourism and the economy as a whole - said Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs Vladimir Pesevski.

Pesevski said that it is extremely favorable terms under which China offers loans, and credit will go in stages that are precisely defined. It is envisaged that the total installed capacity of 12 plants to be 300 to 350 megawatts, with an average annual production of 1,000 to 1,400 gigawatt-hours of electricity.

- It is 20 per cent of current annual production of electricity in FYROM, or 15 percent of the total electricity consumed along with imports - Minister of Economy Fatmir Besimi.

Acting Chinese Ambassador to FYROM, Zhimin Tsui said the project "Vardar Valley" would mean 100 million Chinese investment in the country over the next 12-15 years.

- It will allow each year 3000 direct and 20,000 indirect jobs, and I am confident that it will contribute for the economic development of FYROM and to deepen the excellent relations with China - said Zhimin.
